Al-'Alaq · 96:12

In context

1. أَرَءَيۡتَ ٱلَّذِي يَنۡهَىٰ

   96:9Have you seen the one who forbids

2. عَبۡدًا إِذَا صَلَّىٰٓ

   96:10A servant when he prays

3. أَرَءَيۡتَ إِن كَانَ عَلَى ٱلۡهُدَىٰٓ

   96:11Have you seen if he is upon guidance

4. أَوۡ أَمَرَ بِٱلتَّقۡوَىٰٓ

   96:12Or enjoins righteousness

5. أَرَءَيۡتَ إِن كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّىٰٓ

   96:13Have you seen if he denies and turns away

6. أَلَمۡ يَعۡلَم بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَرَىٰ

   96:14Does he not know that Allah sees

7. كَلَّا لَئِن لَّمۡ يَنتَهِ لَنَسۡفَعَۢا بِٱلنَّاصِيَةِ

   96:15No! If he does not desist, We will surely drag him by the forelock
